Televised Poker series

High Stakes Poker and Superstars III are coming to a television near you. Many well known players will be competing in the upcoming events. Johnny Chan, Phil Hellmuth, Jennifer Harmon and Doyle Brunson will be some of the faces you will see on High Stakes Poker, premiering on the 16th of January. On Superstars III, Phil Ivey, Chris Ferguson and Chris Moneymaker will make an appearance, plus many other high-profile players. It will premiere on the 12th of March.

Filmed at the Golden Nugget Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, the two series will air in 2006. The producers of High Stakes Poker and Superstars III are the Game Show Network (GSN) and Fox Sports Net (FSN), respectively. The producers and creators of the series chose to film in the Golden Nugget because the hotel and casino hosted the World Series of Blackjack this year.
