Indians purchase more land for another Casino

The Seneca Indian Nation has just bought 9 more acres in Buffalo to build a third casino. The future site of the casino will be near the HSBC Arena in the Cobblestone District. The main reason the Tribal Council is allowed to operate this many casinos is because they will give 25 percent of the profits to the state. The other two casinos are located in Salamanca and Niagara Falls.

Mayor Anthony Masiello agreed to the construction of another casino because it will employ over 1000 people and will generate over $50 million a year for the state. The Senecas' casino will be 100 000 square feet.
