Coral Eurobet bought for $3.8 billion

London based Coral Eurobet has just been purchased by Gala Group Holdings for a mere $3.8 billion. Gala Group is Britain's largest bingo halls operator with 167 halls. The company also has 30 casinos. The decision to buy Coral came at the same time the UK passed a law that will ban the 24-hour membership rule. The merger of these two companies will give them an advantage over the competitor to advance in the gaming industry.
