2006 World Series of Poker

The 2006 World Series of Poker tournament will be held at Harrah's Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas. Harrah's Entertainment is pleased to host this huge event for the second time at one of their casinos. The poker tournament will start on the 25th of June in 2006. The No-Limit Texas Hold'em Championship will begin on the 28th of July.

Last year's winner was Australia's Joe Hachem. He won an outstanding $7.5 million in the World Series of Poker Championship.
