MGM plans to open $5 billion Hotel-Casino

The CityCenter is the $5 billion hotel-casino that includes luxury condos which is MGM Mirage's new hot project. It spans over 66 acres and it is in between the Monte Carlo and Bellagio resorts in Las Vegas. It will have 60 floors and over 4000 rooms, not including the 400 five-star luxury condominiums.

Plenty of well-known architects will take part in the most expensive private development the country has ever seen, such as Connecticut's Cesar Pelli and Associates and New York's Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates. The architecture firm who will supervise the design is the company Gensler from Amsterdam. The general contractor will be the Perini Corporation.

MGM Mirage Inc. is very proud to announce its new project. They believe that creating luxury condos, along with hotel-casinos, will make people want to live in Las Vegas and not only gamble and leave.
