Jackpot Factory watches out for its players

The eCommerce and Online Gaming Regulation and Assurance (eCOGRA) has created a program that will enable employees to detect potential gambling problems. The Jackpot Factory group, owner of four online casinos and one poker room, will be one of the first online casino companies to start using the program. The program requires the casino to have an area where a gambler can go and seek advice on responsible gambling. The player also has the opportunity to take a confidential diagnostic exam, from the National Opinion Research Center of the University of Chicago (NORC), in order to detect whether a gambler needs help or not.

David Brickman, Spokesperson for the Jackpot Factory Group, has stated that the company is doing everything possible to make this program a success. They want their online gambling organization to be something they can be proud of. The employees have already started taken classes and are in training. And the managers are equipped to recognize underage gamblers.

The Jackpot Factory Group's online casinos are allslots.com, alljackpots.com, firstwebcasino.com, wildjack.com and wildjackpoker.com. They all use Microgaming technology and boast the biggest selection of games.
