Battle between Websports and CryptoLogic continues

The heated legal battle between online gambling software provider CryptoLogic and software developer Websports Technologies Inc. is not quite over, with the latter's recent announcement that a civil suit is due in court this June.

Websports Technologies originally filed the suit in November 2002, lodging claims of breach of contract, conspiracy, collusion and misrepresentation against CryptoLogic.
